Rezoning Rezoning of the site, under Cessnock City Council LEP 1989 as amended, to Residential 2(a), General Business 3(a) and Environmental Protection (Conservation) Zone 7(b) by the Minister for Planning and gazetted on 5 December 2008. Development consent Following the re-zoning of the property, development consent was granted by Cessnock City Council confirming the density under a super-lot subdivision.
